Amanda Bynes' is "gravely disabled' says the judge. Grants mom conservatorship

 

  A California civil court judge granted Amanda Byne’s mom, Lynn Bynes, control of her daughter’s finances, an estate worth $3.57 million.

Amanda, 27, was set to leave the hospital Thursday night and appear in a Ventura County courtroom Friday to speak with the judge in the case involving her mother’s request for a temporary probate conservatorship. But doctors kept the actress in the hospital, saying she has a "grave disability."

Katy Perry and John Mayer are making music together..at least in the studio

John Mayer and Katy Perry have been on and off for over a year now and they are pretty quiet about their relationship status but they are definitely making music together in the studio at least.

According to Rolling Stone, Perry sings a duet with Mayer on a "country-tinged mid-tempo track" called "Who You Love," while Frank Ocean appears on the song "Wildlife."

So Mayer did dedicate his song "A Face to Call Home" to Perry at Milwaukee's Summerfest last month, adding that she'd been "so patient" while he struggled with vocal impairments.

Bruce Willis' diva demands gets him kicked out of Expendibles 3

There's something really cute about two old guys getting into it...especially when the two guys are Sly Stallone and Bruce Willis and Twitter is involved.

Here's what happened:  Mr. Die Hard Franchise seems to be maturing into a cranky old man. Apparently he was offered $3 million dollars for four days of work on Expendibles 3 and that wasn't good enough.

Sources who worked on the production told The Hollywood Reporter that Willis said he would drop out if he didn't get $4 million dollars. (He was getting $3 million dollars for 4 days of work and he wasn't happy...can you imagine what he's like at home?)

Meanwhile Mr. Rocky Franchise seems like he's been putting up with Willis' sh-t for years because faster than you can say, "Yo Adrienne!" he reached out to his buddy Harrison Ford.

Ford, by all accounts, is a nice guy and dream to work with. He signed on and Willis received his walking papers.  Willis was surprised that he was so quickly replaced. (Cue "Irreplaceable" by Beyonce) Meanwhile Stallone, bless his heart, made time in his busy schedule to throw social media shade at Willis. He took to Twitter and wrote:

 "WILLIS OUT . . . HARRISON FORD IN!!!! GREAT NEWS!!!!! Been waiting years for this!!!!," Stallone gleefully tweeted, then added, "GREEDY AND LAZY . . . A SURE FORMULA FOR CAREER FAILURE."

 Stallone is correct.

 Ordinarily, someone losing a job would be a sad thing but it appears Willis had it coming. He must have some fast-acting karma because earlier in the week he was super arrogant to a nice reporter at the press junket for Red 2.

Maybe it's time for Bruce to start a gratitude journal.

Khloe Kardashian leaves town amid her hubby's cheating rumors

Khloe and Rob Kardashian were seen arriving at Bob Hope Airport in Burbank today.  This morning, PerezHilton.com reported that a distraught Khloe was crying on the phone to her mom-ager Kris Jenner about the latest allegations that her hubster Lamar Odom has been having an affair with attorney Paulina Polonsky. Mmm...hmmm...

 Well, good thing the side-chick is a lawyer because if this is true and Khloe decides she wants out of the marriage, he's gonna need one.This could get interesting.

Simon Cowell's affair with married baby mama has been going on for 4 years

Looks like Lauren Silverman wins the award for Man-Flipper of the Year. She is trading in her millionaire real estate tycoon husband Andrew Silverman for her billionaire baby-daddy Simon Cowell. According to Daily Mail, Simon is about to give Lauren a $10 million dollar Beverly Hills mansion to raise his baby in. Not a bad return on investment for her.

It's also been reported that Simon and Lauren have been undercover lovers since 2009. If that's true, that means it was during the time that Simon was engaged to Mezhgan Hussainy.  Wonder what Mezhgan thinks of all of this?

For those of you who are late, here's what's going on:  It was revealed last week that Simon is expecting a baby with his friend’s wife with whom he had been having an affair with after meeting her and her husband in Barbados.

We don't know much about Lauren Silverman but we know she's about to get paid. Stay tuned.

Katy sets her hair on fire to promote her new album

Katy Perry is saying goodbye to her "California Gurls" persona by burning her trademark blue wig.

In a new video clip promoting her upcoming single "Roar," the 28-year-old singer is going dark and making a statement about her new music. We're guessing she wants us to take her more serious? Like, she's moving up the grid from pop musiv to adult/easy listening like her man John Mayer.

The clip starts out with Perry opening a lighter and holding the flame in front of her face while standing in a pitch-black room. Perry, wearing red lipstick, a black collar choker and a striped ensemble, then lifts up her blue wig (made famous by her "California Gurls" music video) and lights it on fire.

Perry stares into the camera looking possessed like she's doing a voodoo ritual  holding her fiery hairpiece for several seconds before "#Roar Aug. 12" flashes across the screen.

"Roar" will be Perry's first single off her upcoming album Prism. Perry announced the title of her album earlier this week with a giant gold truck that was spotted driving around L.A. The gold Prism truck is currently driving around the country.

To mark the occasion, Perry tweeted, "WE DON'T NEED NO WATER LET THE BABY BLUE BURN," along with a link to her wig-burning video.

After all the hype, this album better be good!
